1. I bought the digital planner, will I get an access to Facebook support group?
Yes. Please scan the QR code on the 2nd page of the planner. Do not forget to fill in the password, our admin will reject your Facebook request if you don't fill the password.
2. Does digital version has the same content as physical planner?
Yes. Our digital planner has the same content as physical Real Rich Planner.
3. Do you provide tutorial on how to use the digital planner?
No we don't provide tutorial on how to use the note-taking apps. Kindly buy the digital version only if you are familiar with using digital hyperlinks planner. However, you can refer to these YouTube videos for tutorial. Click here https://beacons.ai/thecashflowedit/digital
4. Why can't I edit the digital planner?
Our digital planner is interactive with clickable hyperlinks. Therefore you need an app (Goodnotes, Notability, XODO, Noteshelf etc.) to be able to use it.
5. Which devices are compatible with your digital planner?

6. Which note-taking apps are compatible with your digital planner?
▸ Notability app (available on any IOS device)

▸ Xodo app (available universally on IOS, Android, and Microsoft)
▸ Goodnotes app (available on any IOS device, paid apps)
▸ Not compatible with OneNote
7. If I buy the digital planner, will I get a physical copy too?
No. This is a digital planner. No physical item will be shipped. If you need a physical copy, please make a separate purchase.
8. I mistakenly bought the digital planner, can I get a refund or exchange it with a physical planner?
No. Due to the nature of digital files, once purchased you will receive an instant PDF to download that is permanent and therefore no exchange, refunds or cancellations can be offered. All sales are strictly final. With that, we advise that you double-check all the items before placing an order.
9. I bought the digital planner but I don't know how to use it, can I get a refund?
No refund can be offered for digital planner. Kindly buy the digital version only if you are familiar with using digital hyperlinks planner.
