1. What's included in COMBO?

You will get ONE Real Rich planner (with stickers) and ONE Cashflow Cantik planner (with stickers).

 

Please note that this combo is not applicable for any coupon.

 

2. I am a student/beginner, which one should I get?

We recommend you to buy the Real Rich planner. It has full colour dividers, a complete content suitable for beginners and more space for you to write since the size is bigger than the Cashflow Cantik planner.

 

However, if budget is your main concern, you can always opt for Cashflow Cantik planner. A simplified and compact budget planner. It is cheaper too!

 

3. Can I only buy the stickers?

The stickers are currently not for sale. You can get it for free with any planner purchase. Any update or changes regarding this will be informed on our social media accounts.

SHIPPING

 

1. When will I receive my order?

To those who join the waiting list, please expect delivery within 1-2 weeks.

 

2. Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders placed on our online store can be tracked. Once we ship out your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking link and tracking number to trace your parcel. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at [email protected]

 

3. It has been a week since I placed my order but I have not received the tracking number, what should I do?

Sometimes the email address you provided may be incorrect or it could be a technical error. So please reach out to us with your order number.

 

4. Can I change the shipping address?

No, changes in shipping details are not allowed after the order is confirmed. With that, we advise that you double-check all the shipping details before placing an order.

 

5. Do you ship outside Malaysia?

Currently we only ship directly to Singapore.

For Brunei customers, you may proceed with Limbang address.

PAYMENT

 

1. I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! However, due to system limitations, we are unable to retrospectively apply your discount code to an order that has already been placed. In the future, please take extra care to ensure that both the discount code has been entered correctly and has been applied on your purchase!

 

2. I am from Singapore/ Brunei, how do I make payment?

For Singapore customers, kindly use the card payment method upon checkout. 

 

For Brunei customers, you may place an order and make payment with the same method. However, please note that we do not ship directly to Brunei. Please use Limbang address to proceed. 

 

3. Can I reproduce the planner and sell it as my own?

No. Our planner is for personal use only, and may not be remade, copied, redistributed or used for any commercial purposes.

PICK UP


1. Can I pick up the planner? 
Yes, you may choose the pick up option before checkout. 

Pick up day: Friday

Pick up time: 11 AM until 3 PM

 

2. When can I pick up the planner? 

Please note that pick up will only be available starting 3 October 2023.

We will notify you via email once your item is ready for pick up.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


1. Can I request for a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds can be offered at this time unless the books arrive damaged or faulty. 

 

2. Can I exchange the item or cancel the order? 

No. Cancellation or amendment of your order is prohibited.

Reducing or adding other items after your order is placed is also not allowed.
